Eligibility for Refunds!

  • Product Not Received: If a product fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, buyers may be eligible for a refund.
  • Product Not as Described: If an item significantly differs from the listing description, such as wrong size, color, or functionality, buyers may request a refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, buyers may request a refund, provided they can supply evidence (e.g., photos) within a specified timeframe.

Refund Process

To request a refund, buyers should follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Vendor: Buyers should first communicate with the vendor through the platform’s messaging system to resolve any issues.
  2. Submit a Refund Request: If the issue remains unresolved, buyers can submit a refund request through their EfillCart account within [insert days] of receiving the item. This should include any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the item, order details).
  3. Vendor Response: The vendor has [insert days] to respond to the refund request. If the vendor agrees, the refund will be processed immediately.
  4. EfillCart Mediation: If no resolution is reached, EfillCart’s support team will review the case and make a final decision based on the evidence provided. 

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including:

  • Perishable goods, downloadable items, or personalized products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items where the buyer simply changes their mind 

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 7 days after approval.  

Return Shipping

If a return is required, buyers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or significantly misrepresented.
